Interested applicants can apply for the MS programme by submitting the full application forms and supporting document by the closing deadline. Students are admitted in June.
Applicants must generally have
- a Bachelor’s degree with High Honours in engineering/science or equivalent
- an interview by a representative from NTU
- taken the Graduate Record Examination (GRE – General Test) with a high score. (Applicants from Indian Universities may use their GATE scores)
- international students are required to have taken the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a good score, or the IELTS
If TOEFL/IELTS and GRE are not taken, applicants may indicate the dates likely to take them in the application forms.
Please attach a photocopy of your TOEFL and GRE/GATE score sheet to your application. If you are admitted, you will be required to produce the original score sheet for verrification on registration day.
Applicants are evaluated on the strength of their academic records, letters of recommendation and professional promise. The admission process is expected to be highly competitive.
US Visa Requirements
Admission to the programme is contingent upon the student being able to secure US student visas before their enrollment. While the programme office will assist each student in his/her visa application, there is no guarantee that the visa application will be successful, failing which, the student will have to defer his/her admission.
