Critical Thinking for Innovation and Peak Performance (e2i)(SFC) 

Introduction

The main objective of this course is to enable participants to have a systematic approach to the development of thinking skills. The course will walk the participants through a step by step process, starting with the introduction of thinking tools and then systematically considering thinking situations before going on to explore creativity. 

Objectives

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to:

1. Demonstrate and identify with different styles of thinking and determine their personal preferences
2. Identify how to challenge assumptions and expand perceptions about situations
3. Arrive at better conclusions and decisions more often
4. Influence and persuade others with clear thinking and clear language

Mr Theyagu, Daniel

Mr Daniel Theyagu is a training consultant and performance evaluator since 1989. He has designed and delivered customised training for many organisations ranging from small and medium enterprises, multi-national corporations and the public sector. His participants have come from various countries including: Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Mauritius, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, China, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Brazil, Germany, Sweden, France, USA, United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway, Russia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. Daniel is well known in his field as a highly humourous and innovative trainer who engages his participants actively and assist them in realising the returns of investment for the course they attend. To be eligible for e2i subsidy, participants:
- must be Singaporeans or Permanent Residents of Singapore
- achieve minimum 75% attendance per run
* Participants who do not fulfill the above criteria are not eligible for e2i funding, and are required to pay the course fee in full.

Replacement Policy

Given a 3 days notice before course commencement, companies may replace participants who have signed up for the course. Terms and conditions apply.

 

There is no replacement for participant utilising SkillsFuture Credit. Participant to cancel their SkillsFuture Credit claim with WDA.
