Social Intelligence for Leaders - How to be a positive influence in the people you lead(SFC) 

Introduction

Leaders are the backbone of an organisation and without effective leaders an organisation is doomed to fail and disappear. To be an effective leader you need to possess more than the relevant body of knowledge and experience. Effective and result-oriented leadership demand that a leader need to be socially intelligent in being able to develop meaningful relationship with his/her staff and having a high sense of empathy and a practical concept of social responsibility. This is important today as without social intelligence leaders will be unable to ride the waves of uncertainty when the organisation that they lead hits a rut. • Creating a workable action plan to become a more socially intelligent leader for personal and organisational success

This is an action-oriented workshop comprising of personality profiling, group discussions and role-play.

Mr Theyagu, Daniel

Mr Daniel Theyagu is a training consultant and performance evaluator since 1989. He has designed and delivered customised training for many organisations ranging from small and medium enterprises, multi-national corporations and the public sector. His participants have come from various countries including: Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Mauritius, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, China, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Brazil, Germany, Sweden, France, USA, United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway, Russia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. Daniel is well known in his field as a highly humourous and innovative trainer who engages his participants actively and assist them in realising the returns of investment for the course they attend. His participants include, doctors, lawyers, judges, senior government official, military personnel, students and job-seekers.

Replacement Policy

Given a 3 days notice before course commencement, companies may replace participants who have signed up for the course. Terms and conditions apply.

 

There is no replacement for participant utilising SkillsFuture Credit. Participant to cancel their SkillsFuture Credit claim with WDA.
