The School of Art, Design and Media’s (ADM) graduate programme provides creative and research opportunities in a wide spectrum  of art, design and media areas. Students are expected and encouraged to develop innovative ways of thinking, and to experiment and create in a wide range of media. This graduate programme also acts as an incubator for the development and realization of original artistic and commercial productions, including design, interactive media, film, animation and new art forms.

A collaborative of internationally recognized faculty members, visiting artists and scholars offer an education of international quality. Creative and production cooperation between faculty and students is encouraged and the development of worldwide co-production opportunities is fostered.

Master of Fine Arts
The School plans to launch the Master of Fine Arts (MFA) programme in Academic Year 2009-2010
.
The MFA is a studio-based terminal degree in the arts. The core of the programme consists of advanced personal studio work using individual and team-based approaches. Coursework is interdisciplinary and allows collaboration with other schools in the University. Seminars cover issues and topics in contemporary artistic creation, design methodologies and media arts and new technologies. Additional coursework focuses on creative writing, performance studies and media entrepreneurship.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Master of Fine Arts: The minimum entry requirement is a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from a recognized institution with excellent standing. A portfolio of personal artwork and/or a demo reel are also a basic requirement. This programme requires extensive verbal communication and all prospective candidates must be fully conversant in English. Non-native English speakers should have a TOFEL score of at least 600 (paper-based) or 250 (computer-based).
