Huang Dong received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in School of Mathematics and System Science from Shandong University in 2002 and 2006, respectively. His research interest includes control theory, neural networks and cognitive networks. He is pursuing his PhD degree in the Emerging Research Lab, School of Computer Engineering, Nanyang Technological University.
