The NTU School of Art, Design and Media pioneers the education of professionals in the arts, design and media. The School plays a central role in the transformation of Singapore into a regional center of creativity, and provides students with the knowledge and the tools to develop and produce ground-breaking art, design, and media. We seek to promote Singapore’s creative culture and identity while providing a studio-based education.

The School has attracted faculty members with significant contributions to arts and design education and/or with significant professional experience in the creative industries.

The School currently offers six degree programs that combine a rigorous Foundation program in traditional studio disciplines with innovative development in new media. The degree programs incorporate contemporary art, design and media studies with an emphasis on studio practice. These programs reflect a breadth of interests that is relevant both regionally and globally, and are structured to allow the possibility of interdisciplinary studies.
