TUITION FEES FOR PROGRAMMES BY COURSEWORK
Part-Time Students
AY 2008-2009 fees are in the table below. Thereafter, for programmes indicated with ^, an annual 3% increase of their tuition fee will apply for rest of the programme for students admitted in AY 2008-2009 and before.
1. Subsidised Programmes
Service Obligation
From AY 2008-2009 onwards, individual foreign students who choose to pay at a lesser subsidized fee will need to take up a 3-year service obligation. As part of the service obligation, the foreign student is required to work in Singapore-based companies upon graduation. Singapore-based companies refer to local companies and international companies that have a base in Singapore that is registered with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).

^ For MOE-subsidised programmes (indicated by ^ ), the tuition fees are exclusive of GST. The GST for these programmes are borne by MOE.
For non MOE-subsidised programmes, the tuition fees are inclusive of GST. The fees stated are tentatively.

+ Programme will not take in new students with effect from AY 2008-2009. The fees stated will apply only to existing students.
