UNDERGRADUATE BILLINGS
Students will receive their bills for tuition and related fees electronically in the form of an Electronic-bill. An email notification will be sent by the Office of Finance to the NTU student email account when a bill is raised. Upon notification, students are required to log on using their StudentLink account to view and print their E-bill for record/payment. In order to receive these email notifications, students are required to ensure that their mailbox does not exceed the size limit. Fees Collection Period : 23 September 2009 to 12 October 2009
InterbankGIRO:
All payment of fees from the student's own funds will be made through GIRO. Date of deduction of fees through Interbank GIRO will be indicated in the e bill.
A student whose fees are not paid by the due date will be liable to pay a late fee of SGD$10.00. Students with outstanding fees will be barred from viewing examination results in the current semester and from registering subject in the following semester.
Postgraduate Billings
Postgraduate students receive their bills at the beginning of every semester or trimester.
HOSTEL BILLINGS
Students who stay in the halls of residence will receive their hostel bills electronically via their StudentLink account.
PAYMENTS
For convenience, students are encouraged to pay fees through GIRO. The GIRO Application Form duly completed by student, should be returned to Office of Finance, Student Financial Services, Level 3, Student Services Centre, 42 Nanyang Avenue, Singapore 639815.
Payments may also be made through CASHCARD, NETS, cheques or bankdraft. For payment by crossed cheque or bankdraft drawn on a local bank in Singapore, please issued to "Nanyang Technological University" and on the reverse to indicate your name, matric no., contact no. and purpose of payment. Post-dated cheque is not accepted.

Fri : 8.30 a.m. to 4.15 p.m.
We are closed on Sat, Sun and Public Holiday.
Payments must be accompanied by a copy of the bill.
