Everyone is affected today by the headlines of the financial crisis and economic gloom. We’re making a special appeal for you to help support these students for whom attending NTU would be difficult without financial assistance by contributing to a bursary fund. For some of these individuals, they may be the first graduates of their family – the hopes, dreams and future are not only for themselves, but of taking care of their family as well. Or it could be a situation where parents unexpectedly find themselves caught in the financial crisis and are unable to pay for their child’s tuition fees, inadvertently putting undue stress upon the student and in extreme cases, prohibiting them from finishing their education. Let’s give these academically deserving students their future.

Private support from alumni is essential to strengthen NTU financially and to continue its pursuit of academic excellence. Contributing back through the Alumni Annual Giving Programme, regardless of level, is a clear indication of alumni support.
