There have been many changes on campus in the last few years, growing 40% within the last five years to found new programmes and institutes to enhance the quality of education of NTU students, showcase NTU as a leader in research with the aim to create life changing and enhancing technologies, and to continue to elevate the stature of your alma mater globally. This impacts you and your association as an NTU graduate. It also impacts Singapore as many graduates go on to work at Singapore based firms, possibly your own firm, contributing to the economy and reputation of Singapore as having an able workforce. And when significant research is produced, it increases the reputation of NTU and of Singapore, as intellectual capital of excellence in a dynamic environment, attracting like-minded individuals and companies.
