This page will have all the information for submitting your abstract and your paper to the MP3 conference.

The conference will accept author full paper submission after careful selection based on a submitted abstract.

Key Dates

Oral/Invited presentation

As noted in the acceptance email, the oral presentation duration for a normal paper is 20 min, including Q&A, and for an invited paper it is 30 min.

Please try to arrive early to your session and to present yourself to the Session Chair before the session starts.

Poster presentation

The posters should be printed in A1 format (594mm x 841mm) but please avoid using a mosaic of A4 pages, print on A1 paper. If you are using Microsoft Power Point to draw your poster, you may want to use our typical poster format (change or remove the background if you want).

The poster presentation will be held in the 3rd Floor Exhibition Area as shown in the Floor Plan for 3rd Level;

The poster can be pasted on in the evening of 14th of September, and should be removed at the end of the session after 17:30 PM on the 15th of September (Note: the 3rd Floor Exhibition Area is only booked for one day, i.e., 15th of September, thus it is better to remove the poster before the Banquet if you don't want the poster to be disposed off);

Proceeding Paper Submission

These Proceeding Papers would be compiled and placed in a CD to be distributed to all registered participants.

The paper should be of 2 pages and follow the given format [in Word] [in PDF].

Note that, although the format is given in Word, we won't accept Word document and the Proceeding Paper should be using PDF format exclusively. Its size should not exceed 2Mb.

For those symposium where selected papers are published in special issue of journals, the symposium chair will send instruction directly to authors and the additional (and longer) manuscript needed will have a different format than the Proceeding Paper.

Abstract acceptance

After having submitted your abstract you can verify it has been received and check its review status in real time online (note : you will need the abstract ID and the corresponding author email address to access your abstract).

Note that the online status is indicative only, as a confirmation email will be sent after the review process is over which will contain the final decision of the review committee.

Abstract submission

The abstract should describe the work in a succint manner in 150 to 200 words. Before you go on to submit your abstract please, decide in which symposium you want to participate.

Note that at this stage we only require the complete affiliation of the corresponding author - the complete affiliation of all the authors in the paper will be only required during the full paper submission after the abstract has been accepted.
