Together with Singapore Post, IBM is able to provide another convenient way for you to send your faulty notebook to the IBM Service Centre for repair.
This arrangement allows you to deposit your faulty notebook at any of the SingPost Offices island-wide, after which SingPost will arrange to deliver the notebook to the IBM Service Centre for evaluation and repair. Once the notebook is repaired, it will be returned to the same SingPost Office for you to pick it up. This service is of no charge at all. Please note the turn around time may take an additional 2 business days due to the transportation and logistics issues.
