Otherwise it will be delivered back to you after servicing, anywhere within mainland Singapore. The 2-hour Express Service is only applicable to Acer notebooks under warranty. Please produce your warranty card (user portion) when carry-in for servicing.

Together with Singapore Post, IBM is able to provide another convenient way for you to send your faulty notebook to the IBM Service Centre for repair.

 

This arrangement allows you to deposit your faulty notebook at any of the 62 SingPost Offices island-wide, after which SingPost will arrange to deliver the notebook to the IBM Service Centre for evaluation and repair. Once the notebook is repaired, it will be returned to the same SingPost Office for you to pick it up. This service is of no charge at all.
