Note:

The registration fee includes, a conference dinner, conference materials, daily lunches and coffee breaks. No refunds will be made for cancellation.
Bank Draft to be made in Singapore Dollars only. An administrative fee of S$60 will be imposed on payment made by bank draft.
An administrative fee of S$30 per person will be imposed for payment made by credit card.

Deadline for registration for delegates not presenting any paper: October 30, 2006
