DURIAN FEAST & GENTING HIGHLANDS TRIP                        

It's the durian season! This year, the NTU Alumni Affairs Office brings to you double the fun and double the pleasure with a 2/3-day and 1-night trip to Durian Feast & Genting Highlands! Indulge yourself in an unlimited durian feast and enjoy the fresh cool weather and entertainment facilities at Genting Highlands.

Date: 19 to 21 June 2009 (Set off on Friday night; return on Sunday night)

Rates are subsidised for all alumni. Each alumnus/alumna may bring up to 3 family members OR 1 non-family member for the trip. Seats are limited, registration based on first-come, first-served basis!

Note:

Child rates are only applicable when they share room with two paying adults. There are no extra beds in the rooms at the hotel. Child is to share existing bedding within the room.

Hotel: First World Hotel, Genting Highlands

Rates inclusive of the following:

·         2-way return by 30-seater coach

·         1 night accommodation at First World Hotel, Genting Highlands (Deluxe Room)

·         Meals as per itinerary

·         Personal accident insurance coverage of S$10,000 per person. Medical claims of up to S$500 per person. Medical claims do not cover illness, food poisoning and passengers who are 75 years and above.

Rates exclude the following:

·         Visa expenses

·         Tips to coach driver and tour guides (estimated S$6)

·         Telephone or room service at the hotel

·         Any other personal expenses

Important notice:

·         Please ensure that you have a valid international passport and visa with a minimum of six (6) months from the date of departure. For non-Singaporeans, kindly check with your respective embassy on the requirement for visa application.

·         Please apply for exit permit for National Service, including those who are now National Servicemen or Reservists.

·         As hotels will be booked in advance, we seek your understanding that withdrawal will not be entertained once the booking has been confirmed.
