Managed Print Services
With MPS, NTU aims to transform the current platforms and technologies of NTU’s printing and output devices to one standardised and optimised infrastructure. This will lead to lower management cost of providing print services while enhancing productivity and user satisfaction.

NTU is working with HP to implement MPS in four stages for every organisation unit:
1.Data Gathering: to obtain the current TCO for providing print services.
2.Site Discovery: on-site survey of device location and print demand.
3.Fleet Design: design of future state of printing devices with cost justification.
4.Deployment: install print devices and implement MPS.

Benefits of MPS

+Save costs by reducing printing, print devices and trimming energy expenditure.
+Save millions of pieces of paper by removing unecessary prints.
+Improve workplace efficiency and productivity.
+Build sustainability by recycling toners and engaging in responsible asset recovery upon device disposal.

NTU implements MPS
